- If Govt is encouraging independent British TV companies & film-makers to export to S Africa & if so whether this does not breach the spirit of limited sanctions against apartheid to which they subscribe. Supplementary on Mr Barry Harding's letter breaching Govts participation in Commonwealth & EC sanctions programme & agreement made with Equity.
