- If, in cases involving enforcement of the Shops Act 1950, any practice direction has been given to the courts as to when it is appropriate to make a reference to European Court of Justice re the interpretation of Articles 27 & 30 of the EC treaty. - No. Supplementary on lack of efforts to make local authorities enforce the Act.
