- Further to the Written Answer by the Lord Sainsbury of Turville on 19 October 2004, 665 c78WA, when they plan to issue a formal consultation document and a draft statutory instrument to prepare for the introduction of Droit de Suite on 1 January 2006; and whether, following consultation, a notice on the Patent Office's website will be the only means used to inform artists and art dealers and other interested parties of the change in legislation.
