Question: To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, how many prison officers and staff (a) were tested for HIV/Aids and (b) tested positive for HIV/Aids, following an incident in which they were injured (i) in each year since 1997 and (ii) from 1st January to 1st December; how many prison officers and staff were waiting on 6th December for the outcome of a test for HIV/Aids following an incident in prison in which they were injured. - Inc fact that the Prison Service does not hold information on the number of prison officers or staff tested for Aids/HIV or the results of any such tests.
