Jon Trickett: To ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster what arrangements for monitoring accidents at work involving members of staff of his Office are in place; and if he will make a statement. [222620] Mr. Milburn: The Duchy of Lancaster Office, as required by the Health and Safety Legislation, maintains an accident record book within the office and would report any accidents under the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1995 Regulations (RIDDOR), as required.
