What elements make up the differences between the estimated yield to the Exchequer of £340 million in 2005-06, as set out in the 2005 Budget, from ending disadvantaged areas relief from stamp duty and the previous estimate of the cost of relief of £1 billion [HL 1816]. - Inc figures.
