To ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry, what public information campaigns her Department has commissioned since 1997 to alert owners of domestic heating oil tanks to their potential liability in respect of (a) oil leaks and spillages generally and (b) oil leaks in the circumstances of flooding.
