To ask the Secretary of State for Health pursuant to the answer of 25 May 2005, Official Report, column 123W, on waiting time targets, whether the Department has agreed local delivery plans with strategic health authorities; and if she will make a statement.

No. The Department are still in the process of agreeing local delivery plans with strategic health authorities.
