Wem and Ellesmere Medical Practices

Question
(2) what the age structure of the population in the catchment area of the (a) Wem Medical Practice and (b) Ellesmere Medical Practice has been in each of the last five years for which figures are available.

The information is not available centrally in the format requested.Table 1 shows the total number of patients registered at Ellesmere and Wem medical practices at September 2004. This is the only year that the Department holds this information at this level.
