[holding answer 21 November 2006]: Paediatric continence services will be implemented and assessed as the children's national service framework (NSF) is phased in. The assessment of availability and access to effective and quality led health care form a part of the duties of the Healthcare Commission, which is in discussion with the Department about auditing implementation of the children's NSF. These discussion are expected to conclude by September 2006.
