St. Mary’s University College is a college of education established under a charitable educational trust, managed by a board of governors appointed by the board of trustees.Stranmillis University College was established by the Colleges of Education (Northern Ireland) Order 2005 as a college of education, managed by a governing body appointed by the Department for Employment and Learning.
