- To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what assessment he has made of the effects of Venezuela offering free medical treatment to patients in a number of Caribbean countries; and if he will make a statement.

We welcome any constructive efforts to enhance the delivery of healthcare in the Caribbean region where there are a number of real needs. In this respect, free medical treatment is most welcome.
