- Whether they intend to repeal the Companies Act 1985 (Operating and Financial Review and Report etc.) Regulations 2005 (S.I. 1011/2005).

Regulations to repeal the requirement to produce a statutory Operating and Financial Review were laid before Parliament on 15 December. The Companies Act 1985 (Operating and Financial Review) (Repeal) Regulations 2005 (S.I. 2005/3442) come into force on 12 January 2006.
