Closure Orders

- To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many closure orders have been issued in each of the past two years.

From January 2004, when the powers to close premises under Section two of the Antisocial Behaviour Act 2003 commenced, until September 2004, 176 premises were closed.From October 2004 to September 2005, 338 premises were closed.
