Vehicle Crime Prevention

- Whether they will consider introducing a voluntary scheme for the additional display of registration numbers on car roofs to assist in the fight against car theft.

The Government work closely with the police service to reduce vehicle crime and are always prepared to seriously consider any proposals they make. The police have not raised this matter.
