Burma
- Question
- To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will assess the implications of the decision of the Burmese authorities to move the capital from Rangoon to Pyinmana with particular reference to (a) the implications for the governance of that country and (b) its relations with (i) the UK and (ii) the rest of the world; and if he will make a statement.
