Question: To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, when he will reply to the Questions tabled by the right hon. Member for Bromley and Chislehurst on (a) 9th January 2006, refererence 39441, (b) 15th November 2005, reference 29679, (c) 7th October 2005, reference 16397 and (d) 11th July 2005, reference 11971 on the Civil Service Code of Conduct transferred from the Prime Minister; and if he will (i) make a statement and (ii) provide an explanation of the reasons for the time taken to reply.
