- To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department what funding has been provided by his Department for repairs to the roofs of X and Y blocks at HM Prison Spring Hill.

No central funding has been provided. The suppliers (Elliott Redispace at HMP Spring Hill) are responsible for rectifying defects with the roofs as per the negotiated contract. There are currently ongoing discussions with the suppliers to carry out appropriate further roof repairs.
