Footpaths
- Question
- To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs if she will take steps to enable farmers to move footpaths which are adversely affecting farming.

Farmers are already able to apply for permanent footpath or bridleway diversion orders under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, provided relevant criteria that balance the interests of the owner and the public are met.
