- To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what estimate he has made of the number of prisoners being held without charge or trial by the Iraqi authorities.

We have not made an estimate of the number of prisoners being held without charge or trial by the Iraqi authorities, but we raise with them regularly our concerns that anyone detained should be brought to justice as soon as possible.
