- To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions what recent discussions he has held with the Department for Constitutional Affairs on the effective use of the tribunals system.

My officials have been working closely with the Department for Constitutional Affairs on all aspects, including the effective use of the tribunal system, in preparation for the transfer of the Appeals Service to that Department in April.
