- To ask the Minister of State, Department for Constitutional Affairs which EU states allow notaries public from England and Wales to practise within their legal system.

No EU member state allows notaries public from England and Wales to practice within their legal system.All notarial appointments are limited to the jurisdiction in which the notary qualified.
