Suicides/Infanticide

Question
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many (a) males and (b) females (i) were found guilty of and (ii) pleaded guilty to complicity in or assisting (A) a suicide and (B) infanticide in (1) Southend on Sea, (2) Essex, (3) the Metropolitan police area of London, (4) Hertfordshire and (5) England and Wales in each year since 1983.
