- To ask the Secretary of State for Transport (1) what cost-benefit analysis he has made of (a) delays to date and (b) possible future delays in implementing the A3 Hindhead improvement scheme;

It would not be appropriate to comment on these issues while the inspector's report and recommendations remain under consideration following the public inquiry on the scheme.
