- To ask the Solicitor-General if he will seek to gain access to evidence regarding the cases of James Miller and Tom Hurndall from the Israeli authorities; and if he will make a statement.

On 5 May 2006 the Attorney-General met the families of James Miller and Thomas Hurndall together with their lawyers. The Attorney-General is considering the issues raised by both families.
