Oxycodone Hydrochloride

- To ask the Secretary of State for Health what assessment she has made of the market share distribution for the supply of oxycodone hydrochloride; what steps are being taken to increase the number of suppliers; and when she expects more suppliers to enter the market.

Napp is currently the only company marketing oxycodone hydrochloride products in the United Kingdom. It is a commercial decision for any company to enter a particular market. The Department has no information regarding new suppliers entering the market.
