Family Indefinite Leave to Remain Exercise
- Question
- To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many individuals have been granted leave to remain under the Government’s Family Indefinite Leave to Remain Exercise have had (a) a claim for asylum refused and (b) a claim for asylum refused and exhausted their rights of appeal.
