Misuse of Drugs Act
- Question
- To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department what estimate he has made of (a) the number of people convicted of drugs offences as a result of the Misuse of Drugs Act 2005 and (b) how many of them have received a prison sentence.

It is too early to see any impact of the provisions of the Drugs Act 2005 in the annually published conviction data.
