Question
To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland pursuant to the answer of 8 June 2006, Official Report, column 798W, on the Valuation and Lands Agency, how many census output areas there are in Northern Ireland.
Answer

The 2001 census results in Northern Ireland were reported for 5,022 census output areas.
