- To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland what recent devolution issues the Advocate General has considered.

Since 3 June, 60 devolution issues have been intimated to the Advocate General. Of these 60 devolution issues, 42 arose in civil proceedings and 18 in criminal proceedings.
