Crime Statistics

Question
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many people have been convicted of carrying a knife in a public place in Suffolk in each of the last five years.
Answer

Data for the number of people convicted for offences relating to carrying a knife in a public place in Suffolk police force area, from 2000 to 2004, can be found in the following table. Court proceedings data for 2005 will be available in autumn of 2006.
