How much funding has been given to (a) the Irish Language Agency; and (b) the Ulster-Scots Agency in each of the past five years; and, if the level of funding is different, why.

The budgets allocated to Foras na Gaeilge (the Irish Language Agency) and the Ulster-Scots Agency by DCAL in each of the past five years are detailed in the following table.
