- To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department what research his Department has conducted into the relationship between street prices of heroin and cocaine and the level of acquisitive crime; and if he will make a statement.

In 2002 it was estimated that 50 per cent. of acquisitive crime was drug related. There has been no equivalent estimate subsequently.
