Application Registration Cards
- Question
- To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many people given conditional temporary admissions to the UK had their Application Registration Card removed because of failure to meet the specified conditions between 1 January and 30 June.
- Answer
-
Current policy is that an ARC should only be taken from an applicant upon a grant of leave, prior to removal, or where there are grounds to suspect that the card has been falsified. Data on impounded Application Registration Cards (ARC) is not routinely kept.
