Online 1911 Census
- Question
- To ask the Minister of State, Department for Constitutional Affairs what the monthly timetable is for the selection of the successful applicant for work on the Online 1911 Census Project; and whether the timetable facilitates the release of at least one section of the Online 1911 Census before January 2007.
- Answer

The National Archives is currently in dialogue with short listed suppliers. It is now anticipated that a contract will be awarded in March 2007. Release of the 1911 census is scheduled for the first working day of 2012 in line with Government policy.
