My right hon. Friend has made it clear that there should be a vote of all Members on whether the House wishes for there to be September sittings.A new calendar will be published once the House has decided that issue. However, to assist Members and other staff, my right hon. Friend plans to give the House notice of the most immediate recess periods, before the calendar is published.
