- To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether the book "Diplomatic Baggage" by Brigid Keenan was vetted and approved by her Department before publication.

Brigid Keenan has never been a member of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office Diplomatic Service, nor has her husband. The book was neither submitted to, nor vetted by, my Department.
