- To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many (a) solicitors and (b) accountants have been prosecuted for offences under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 since it came into effect.

Data on the court proceedings database held by the Office for Criminal Justice Reform does not identify the profession of those prosecuted for offences under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002.
