- To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many foreign nationals with valid visas were refused re-entry to the UK after leaving the UK for less than a month in each year since 1997; and if he will make a statement.

The immigration and nationality directorate do not collate figures on how many foreign nationals with valid visas are refused re-entry to the UK after leaving the UK for less than a month.
