Iraq: Saddam Hussein

asked Her Majesty's Government:What representations they have made and intend to make to the authorities in Iraq concerning the execution of Saddam Hussein.
Answer

We regularly make the United Kingdom's opposition to the use of the death penalty in all cases clear to the Government of Iraq and will continue to do so.
