- To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what investigations or inquiries the Government have initiated during the last three years into the dealings of Mr. David Mills in connection with the sale of aviation spare parts and equipment to Iran in contravention of United Nations and European Trade Union trade sanctions; and what the results were.

There are no European Union or United Nations sanctions that outlaw the export of aircraft or their parts to Iran.
