- To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs what discussions he has had with the Welsh Assembly Government on the banning of electric shock collars for dogs.

I have had no discussions with the Welsh Assembly Government on this issue. However, discussions have taken place at official level.
