Electric Shock Collars

To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs what discussions he has had with the Welsh Assembly Government on the banning of electric shock collars for dogs.
Answer

I have had no discussions with the Welsh Assembly Government on this issue. However, discussions have taken place at official level.
