FV Gaul

Question
To ask the Secretary of State for Transport what evidence of design inadequacies in the construction and arrangements of the duff and offal chutes on the Gaul was made available to the wreck commissioner prior to the publication of his final report on the investigation into the loss on the FV Gaul on 17 December 2004.

There is nothing to add to my previous answer about the nature of the evidence submitted to the wreck commissioner.
