- To ask the Secretary of State for Wales what the expenditure by his Department on buying, operating and supporting (a) all commercial software products and (b) software products produced by Microsoft was in each of the last three years.

Since April 2004 all computer systems and software products in my Department are supplied by the Department for Constitutional Affairs under their contracts.Figures for the Wales Office could be supplied only at disproportionate cost.
