Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005

Question
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department what criteria are used by the police for determining whether to bring charges for an offence under section 132 of the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005.

Guidance on this is an operational matter for the Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police.
