Iraq: Emigration
- Question
- To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what estimate she has made of the number of Iraqi (a) scientists and (b) government officials who left Iraq for Syria in the month before the allied invasion of Iraq in 2003.
