- To ask the Minister of State, Department for Constitutional Affairs whether CORE will be able to cross-match data to identify duplicate registrations.
- Answer

The CORE information system will not be able to cross-match data to identify duplicate registrations, as it is not currently possible to differentiate individual electors. It will remain the responsibility of the electoral registration officers to do so within their own local authority area.
