Question

To ask the Minister of State, Department for Constitutional Affairs what assessment she has made of the implications of the recent report of the Committee on Standards in Public Life on the Electoral Commission on her Department’s plans to designate the Electoral Commission as the CORE keeper.

Answer

The Government are currently considering the recent report of Committee on Standards in Public Life on the Electoral Commission and will respond in due course.
