-
I refer the noble Lord to the joint statement issued on 5 April 2005 by the Department of Culture, Arts and Leisure and the Department of Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs. The statement deals with the outcome of the investigation and the actions to be taken following the investigation. Departmental officials monitored these recommendations and they have been fully implemented. The joint statement is available in the Library.
