NHS: Databases
- Question
- To ask the Secretary of State for Health what the (a) code and (b) title is of all data returns required by her Department from (i) NHS trusts, (ii) primary care trusts and (iii) strategic health authorities; how frequently each is required; and how many items need to be recorded for each data return.
